Dr. Timothy Trayer received his Bachelor of Science from Wilmington
College and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State
University.
He began a food animal veterinary practice in 1981 with Dr. Robert
Hutchison, which evolved into the current Agricultural Veterinary
Associates.
Professional interests include dairy and swine medicine with a
preventive care focus, vaccine and pharmacology safety studies. Dr.
Trayer is active in organized veterinary medicine.
Dr. Trayer is happily married to his wife and has two grown children.
His hobbies include managing his second-generation family farm, baling
hay, working in his woodshop, traveling, Sudoku, and bulldozing.
